Shipping:  We strive to have your order processed in a quick and timely manner.  Almost all orders are delivered within one week to ten days from order placement.  Custom orders have up to a 7 day turnaround depending upon the items being created for you, although it is usually within two business days. If you require expedited shipping, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.  For domestic USA orders, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped. Included in this email should be any pertinent tracking information. Online tracking for international orders may not be available.

International Orders: We welcome international orders. We can ship most items internationally and would love to spread the geocaching sport around the world. Please contact us if you would like to receive a shipping quote for your order. In most circumstances shipping is only a few dollars more internationally. Contact us HERE if you would like to talk to us about an international order. Canadian orders may be placed without contacting us as shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart.

Payment Options: We accept most major credit cards and paypal payments. We are paypal secure and have been a verified business member since 2006. You do not need a paypal account to purchase items from My Geocaching Store; simply select the Credit Card Option during Check Out. The Credit Card processing is completed via paypal but no paypal account is required. Contact us if you have any questions on processing your order.

Returns: Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with your order. Please contact us HERE for your RMA number before shipping any items back to us.

We can make custom decals and stickers for you or your organization! Stickers and decals can be made in any size or color!  We can customize waterproof logshetts or logbooks!
